A SNEAK PEAK
I improved design quality and consistency for a platform that has faciliated over 13 million installs
Problem: I focused on improving content discovery and creating a more intuitive information architecture aligned with user learning journeys. I collaborated cross-functionally, conducting user research to shape content strategy and build a cohesive, user-centered experience.
Outcome: For AppExchange Learn, I contributed to a UX-focused redesign, restructuring content categories, designing intuitive navigation, and enhancing the platform’s information architecture. I worked with marketing, design, and research teams, took ownership of my work, and shipped the final product.
